Welcome to Vixens Vault! By interacting with this shop—claiming, purchasing, or commissioning—you are entering a legally binding agreement under U.S. law. Please read carefully to ensure a smooth, magical, and paw-approved experience. 🐾
1. KNOW THE TERMS 📝
- Buyer: Anyone snagging, commissioning, or vibing with Vixens Vault creations.
- Shop / Vixens Vault: Sole proprietor and artist responsible for all creation, commissions, and policies.
- Commission: Custom creation crafted for a single client. Only one active commission slot is available at a time. Turnaround depends on current workload, upcoming events, and queue. Completion can take 30–120 working days. Commissions are first-come, first-served and rare. Made-to-orders (MTO) are no longer accepted; they are now treated as commissions.
- Speed Fee: Optional priority service (non-refundable). Does not guarantee faster shipping, only queue placement.
- Original Payment Method: Payment method used must be valid; refunds go to this method only. Chargebacks without prior communication may be considered breach of contract.
- Functional Elements: Spikes, chains, gauges, bows, piercings, and standard placements of accessories. These are not considered original art and may be used by others freely.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS 📜
Purchasing, commissioning, or claiming from this shop confirms your acceptance of these policies, forming a legally enforceable agreement under U.S. law. Any disputes are resolved exclusively in Florida courts. Following these rules ensures fairness and clarity for all parties. ⚖️
3. PAYMENT 💳
All payments are due in full at the time of purchase or commission confirmation. Everything is in USD.
- Discord Comment-to-Claim: If claiming directly through Discord, follow the claim instructions carefully and pay as directed.
- Shopify Purchases: If buying via Shopify, all available payment types are accepted. You can view the options at the bottom of every page or during checkout. 🛍️
- Non-payment = breach of contract. Unpaid orders may be canceled without notice. ❌
- Third-party payment platforms (PayPal, CashApp, Zelle, Venmo) may apply fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Partial payments or layaways are not accepted unless explicitly agreed ahead of time.
- Always double-check your payment method before confirming. Mistakes may delay your order. ⚡
4. REFUNDS 💰
- Refunds are rare. If I cannot complete your order, I will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
- Processing may take up to 45 working days due to small-shop workflow.
- No refunds for personal preference, minor variations, or aesthetic differences.
- Buyers waive the right to chargebacks without prior written communication.
5. CANCELLATIONS ❌
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours. After production starts, cancellations are not allowed.
- Post-production cancellations incur 50% of item price to cover materials and labor.
- Highly custom, limited, or commissioned items cannot be canceled once paid. Shipping items cannot be canceled.
6. COMMISSIONS 🖌️
- Only one commission at a time. Queue depends on workload, upcoming releases, and life events.
- Completion takes 30–120 working days depending on complexity and queue.
- Major changes allowed before production; post-production changes incur 50% fee.
- Minor changes: Up to 3 allowed at any stage.
- MTOs are no longer offered; they are considered commissions now.
- Speed fees optional for priority queue placement only.
7. SPEED FEES ⚡
Optional fee for priority placement. Non-refundable and does not guarantee shipping speed. Delays may occur due to USPS, weather, or emergencies.
8. COMMISSION & TRADE POLICY 🔄
- If a commission takes longer than expected, a trade for an in-stock item is allowed.
- Pre-claims are allowed for any item if a commission is active.
- If replacement is more expensive, buyer pays difference; otherwise, no extra charge.
9. SHIPPING & LIABILITY 📦
- USPS shipping within U.S. only. Risk transfers to buyer once shipped.
- Insurance is optional; claims require prompt filing with documentation.
- Handmade items are unique; slight variations from photos are normal.
10. EARLY PAW ACCESS 🎟️
Early Paw Access grants priority pre-claim rights to upcoming ears and exclusive access to the supporters-only Discord chat. Access is available via Ko-fi ($25/month) or Twitch Tier 3. This subscription is for access only; ears must be purchased separately.

12. COPYRIGHT, INSPIRATION & CREATIVE RESPECT 🎨🖤
Vixens Vault is a space built on creativity, passion, and community. I adore seeing others inspired by what I make, it’s part of how art grows! ✨
Inspiration Is Welcome 💭
- Styles, aesthetics, color palettes, textures, and general themes are free for anyone to admire or adapt, they’re not exclusively mine.
- Common decorative elements (spikes, chains, gauges, piercings, bows, charms, etc.) are widely available online and in stores. Attaching these to ears is fun, but the placement options are naturally limited, there are only so many logical spots they can go on an ear. Overlap with other makers’ designs can happen, especially in niche communities, and that’s normal!
- Animal ears (fox, cat, wolf, humanoid hybrids) themselves are naturally occurring shapes and cannot be fully copyrighted. If it exists in the wild, it’s free for all to reference.
- Functional placements of spikes, gauges, chains, and piercings are not your original art, and using standard or logical placements does not infringe any copyright.
What Is Protected 🛡️
- Original Vixens Vault designs, including distinctive shapes, handmade details, sculptural additions, and 3D elements (Including 3d printed designs) , are protected by U.S. copyright law.
- Direct replication, tracing, molding, or mass-producing unique Vixens Vault pieces is prohibited. This includes patterns, compositions, and original artistic choices in ear, tail, or accessory designs.
- Feel free to take inspiration! Use the spark you see and make something uniquely yours. Change proportions, colors, arrangements, or combine themes in ways that reflect your own style.
- Be mindful: many functional add-ons have only so many logical placements on ears. If your design looks similar to another, it may be purely coincidental due to practical constraints.
- Common materials and components purchased online (Amazon, craft suppliers, etc.) can be reused.
- Original compositions thrive through creativity, inspiration is encouraged, imitation is not.
- Items are for personal use only. Resale is allowed only at or below the original price with original credit visible.
- No modification, alteration, or addition of personal embellishments is allowed. Buyers may not remove, add, or change decorations or elements from Vixens Vault creations.
- No claim of Vixens Vault ownership is permitted.
- Vixens Vault does not supply products for commercial resale. Violations may lead to permanent ban from future purchases or legal action.
- Every piece is handmade; tiny imperfections are part of the charm.
- Colors may vary due to screen or materials.
- Claimable items must be paid immediately to secure your spot.
- Shop rules and policies may be updated; continuing to purchase or claim confirms acceptance of changes.
