  • We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion.
  • All payments are collected at checkout, and due to the nature of our wearable pieces, every sale is considered final.
  • By placing an order with Vixens Vault, you confirm that you’ve read and agreed to all policies listed here.
  • Once an order is submitted, changes, cancellations, or refunds are not guaranteed and are only considered in rare cases at our discretion.
  • Any incorrect details provided at checkout (such as address, color selections, sizing, or notes) are the buyer’s responsibility if not corrected before shipment.
  • Turnaround times are estimates and may shift depending on workload or demand, and delays do not qualify for refunds or disputes.
  • Each piece is handcrafted, so minor variations or small imperfections may be present and are part of what makes every item unique rather than defective.
  • If there is a serious issue with your order upon arrival, please reach out within a reasonable timeframe with clear proof so we can properly review the concern.
  • Our work is intended for wear and display, not as toys, and we are not liable for injuries, damages, or issues caused by improper use or handling.
  • Any damage that occurs after delivery, including destruction caused by pets like dogs or other animals, is outside of our responsibility and will not be replaced or refunded.
  • We are also not responsible for repairing or replacing items damaged or destroyed due to unforeseen events such as floods, fires, car accidents, or other natural disasters or emergencies.
  • Ongoing care, safe storage, and proper handling are up to the buyer, and damage caused by neglect or misuse is not covered by us.
  • Once a package has been shipped, we are not responsible for carrier-related issues such as delays, loss, or theft.
  • We maintain a positive and respectful space, and any form of harassment, hostility, or inappropriate conduct toward us or others will not be tolerated.
  • Our items may not be resold at a higher price under any circumstances, regardless of rarity or demand, and doing so may result in a permanent ban from future purchases.
  • Custom and commission work requires timely communication, and repeated changes, lack of response, or indecision may lead to delays or cancellation without refund.
  • We may showcase finished pieces, including customs, for portfolio or promotional use.
  • Ignoring or violating these terms may result in actions such as order cancellation, loss of exclusivity, refusal of future service, or redesign or reuse of concepts depending on severity.
  • Copying, recreating, redistributing, or claiming our designs, images, or branding as your own is strictly prohibited.
  • Supporting Vixens Vault means understanding and respecting the time, creativity, and policies behind each piece, as these guidelines are here to protect both you and us.

Preserving Your Ears

These aren’t just accessories, they’re statements. Keep them flawless.

The Golden Rules

Don’t drown them. Don’t over handle them. Don’t improvise structure.

Faux fur is delicate by design. Water is its enemy, never rinse, soak, or expose your ears to moisture. When they need a refresh, skip the wash and reach for a light dusting of oil-absorbing powder. Brush it through gently to bring the volume back to life.

Touch matters. Always approach with clean hands, anything on your skin transfers straight into the fibers.

Rest & Storage

When your ears aren’t in the spotlight, give them a proper resting place.

Keep them somewhere cool, dry, and out of direct sunlight, heat and UV will dull their color over time. Before putting them away, smooth and groom the fur, and remove anything clipped on. Leaving accessories attached can leave unwanted bends or pressure marks.

They deserve their own space: a box, a drawer, or even a dedicated hook. Want to elevate the experience? Add a hint of lavender, because even in storage, details matter.
