It takes 3-6 Months to make your custom ears, plus shipping time. Complex designs or busy schedules might take longer.

How It Works: Fully Customized Commissions

1. Stay in Touch

After submitting your order, keep an eye on your email for updates. I will need to ask additional questions to ensure your custom order is perfect.

2. Order Confirmation

You'll receive an email at the address you provided. Look for emails from vixxensvault@gmail.com (and check your spam folder just in case).

3. Commission Details

Commissions are anything and everything you want—within limits. If your request includes something absolutely bonkers or crazy, additional charges may apply. Example of absolutely bonkers or crazy: wanting rare stones, 14k gold/white gold items, etc.

The prices shown here cover the cost of purchasing all necessary items not already in-house to ensure your order meets your vision. Things that make commissions unique include:

• Amount of crystals on the ears (example: 30+ crystal placements).

• Specialty Crystals I don't own (not diamonds or some crazy rare stone).

• Specialty gauges (not the Plain Heart, Circle, or Coffin gauge I supply).

• Complex jewelry additions (handcrafted jewelry, beads, etc.).

• Creating crowns.

• Hand-placed large sparkles.

• Stencil designs or hand-painted details.

• Bows/Ribbons.

• Intense specialty haircut.

• Four or more airbrush colors in the design.

• UV paint.

• Horns/Antlers.

• A completely new shape or something not currently offered in my Made-to-Order selections.

I’m tired of quoting ears! Now, you can simply purchase a commission for the shape you like—or a brand-new custom shape, if needed. All details about your commission will be discussed and finalized via email.

Commissions are highly complex, creative designs tailored to your unique vision.

• No returns or refunds on commissions.

• An additional $20-$55 fee can be added to your order if you would like me to digitally draw up the ear design for you.
