• It takes 3-6 months to make your custom ears, plus shipping time.
• Complex designs or busy schedules might take longer.

How It Works

1. Customize Your Ears

   • Add accessories or choose plain ears if no add-ons are selected.
   • Pick either a solid back color or a half-and-half color design.
   • Prices vary—check the top of the page for details.

2. Stay in Touch

   • After submitting your order, watch your email for updates.
   • I might need to ask you a few extra questions to get it just right.

3. Order Confirmation

   • I’ll email you at the address you provided.
   • Look out for emails from vixxensvault@gmail.com (check your spam folder just in case).

• Use a valid email address, or I can’t help with your order.
• I only communicate through email—no social media DMs (like Instagram or Facebook).
